New USPSA Pistol Match Director

I have a great announcement to make; Daniel Keith and Sheryl have graciously agreed to take over running the USPSA Pistol matches. As you probably know, I was looking for someone to take some of the burden off me, and maybe more importantly, to infuse a little new blood and energy.

Daniel is a club member and he and Sheryl have been steady supporters of our matches from the beginning. He convinced me that USPSA still has plenty of interest in our club, and I'm glad he did.

What we have decided to do is to alternate USPSA Pistol Matches and 3 Gun/Western 3 Gun/Multigun Matches. With more of a set schedule, we should be able to attract more shooters. Our Sept match will be a USPSA Pistol only match and Daniel and Sheryl will be putting it on. I hope everyone shows up to support them.

I will be running a 3 Gun match in Oct which will include practice stages from the Area 6 3 Gun Championship.

I just go in from today's USPSA/IPSC match. Daniel and Sheryl did a terrific job in designing and set up of today's extravaganza. I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot.

Thought I take this opportunity to thank both Daniel and Sheryl for a job well done.
