Military Bolt Match Rules
The first of the four matches we hold on the fourth Sunday of each month is fired with a stock appearing military bolt gun with battle sights.  Examples of these are 1903 and 1903 A3 Springfields, various Mausers in 6.5, 7, and 8mm.  The first match is fired on the SR1 200 yard reduced target

The second match  is using the same type rifle with match sights.  In this match we use the reduced 300 yard target SR21.

The third match is an any-any match.  That is using any rifle and any sight.  For this match we use the Mr31 reduced 600 yard target.

The fourth match is contested with 22 rimfire rifles with any sight.  We are currently firing on the SR1 reduced 200 yard target.

All matches are twenty shots for record with unlimited sighters.

In addition to this we have "F" class shooters who fire from a rest as opposed to firing from "position" with a coat and sling.  The "F" class shooter can fire any rifle and any sight in any of the above matches.
